Consider a DSLR

Macworld has released a review of the Nikon D80 digital SLR. If you’re considering getting a DSLR this Christmas, then consider adding this review to help you decide. Most cameras are recognized by OS X upon connection via USB so compatibility is really not a problem. But remember though that all cameras are only good as their users.

I’m an average DSLR user and I’ve chosen to use a Canon 350D for almost everything. If you want to see my work then head on over to my Flickr photostream.

Joe,

Well you must be doing something right with the Rebel XT purchase as it is currently the most popular camera on Flickr.

I’m a Nikon guy myself. :-)

The D80 is indeed a nice camera. I’m a Canon man myself though, and for the money I’d go with the Canon XTi (400D). Just got one myself, I love it.

Nice camera, Chris! It could be my “upgrade.”
