GTD with Tomboy Notes

I’ve just discovered Tomboy Notes on my Ubuntu for Eee PC. I’m having fun implementing GTD on it. Good thing, ydeepakjois had a screenshot!

Tomboy Notes is similar to VoodooPad for OS X.

Looks interesting! I should probably check it. Is it GTD adapted? I mean does it have folders like “Next actions” and so on. Cause many so-called GTD systems don’t, you know… I was very much exited when I’ve read this post, for example. I thought that the system was designed for GTD! However, it turned out that you have to create all those folders youself. I’m kind of happy I didn’t give up on it though, now I feel that I save time, thanks to the combination of this tool and GTD method.

Unfortunately, you still need to make your own folders and next actions. However, that’s good because each user has different needs.
