Plurk

I’ve been disappointed with Twitter lately that’s why I’ve been trying out other Twitter-like services. I’ve tried Pownce, Jaiku, and FriendFeed but they didn’t seem to replace “twitterring.”
Then I discovered Plurk. It was a bit confusing at first. It had a timeline, it had verbs in colored boxes, it had creatures, and it had Karma. [...]

iPhone most popular cameraphone at Flickr

Recently read at TUAW… plus there’s a cool tip about taking shots too!
Analysis of current Flickr Data shows that the iPhone is their most popular camera phone. Part of that is the novelty of the iPhone, undoubtedly. Owners continue to relish any excuse to whip them out.

Hahlo is now live. It works great on the Eee PC and of course, on the iPhone. Hahlo 3 at deanjrobinson.com
Hahlo is the original Twitter client for iPhone/iPod Touch. It’s built on top of the great APIs provided by Twitter and Summize.

Shop online with Apple

Apple and online shopping? Here’s a report from TUAW.
Here’s an interesting idea — MacNN is reporting that Apple is working on new ways to improve online shopping. Apparently the biggest music seller in the US thinks that online shopping can feel “sterile and isolating.”

Back with Windows XP

…because of one reason: Safari 3.1.
It’s by Apple, it looks great (and renders great), and it scores 77/100 on Acid3!
Safari 3.1 though, does not even run on my main PC, but that’s another story.
